Sleep medicine care team
Our sleep center strives to get you back to a good night's sleep, a key piece of good health. Besides our board-certified sleep specialists, we consult with pulmonologists, nurse practitioners and registered polysomnographic technologists to give you the care you need.

There are over 80 different waking and sleep disorders, so we offer a wide range of tools to diagnose your condition.
Sleep studies
You may benefit from a sleep study if you experienced any of the below symptoms, including:
- Snoring
- Fatigue
- Restlessness at night
- Disrupted breathing during sleep
- Waking up gasping or choking at night
We use advanced technology and procedures and offer two types of sleep studies, including:
- Home study — This procedure attaches sensors to your body to monitor respiration, snoring, body position, pulse rate and oxygen saturation.
- In-lab study — This examination monitors everything covered in the home study above plus measures cardiac rhythm, leg movements, eye movement, muscle tone and brain activity.

Pediatric sleep medicine
At our sleep centers, we also treat your child's sleep issues. Our pediatric sleep specialists, based at Mission Children's Hospital, have advanced training in meeting the unique needs of children and teenagers. Taking a multidisciplinary approach, we diagnose and treat a range of sleep disorders, involving pediatric subspecialists as needed. Our sleep centers have provided quality sleep care for more than 25 years.
We use the latest technology to study your child's sleep patterns. Next, we conduct a thorough medical assessment identifying the source of sleep-related problems, followed by treatment recommendations.
