In this program, a pulmonary rehabilitation specialist conducts an evaluation of your COPD level and introduces a comprehensive self care plan designed just for you. We provide services for individuals with COPD involving: Asthma Bronchiectasis Chronic bronchitis Emphysema Cystic fibrosis Lung volume reduction surgery for emphysema Preparing for or returning from lung transplantation Your COPD management team includes a pulmonologist, physical and respiratory therapists, registered nurses, a dietitian, a psychologist, and exercise specialists.
