Confidentiality of your healthcare information is important to us. Our team members may only speak with the patient or person designated in writing by the patient to receive the bill on the patient’s behalf. This is a requirement by both federal and state laws.
If your payment is for services prior to August 1, 2019:
If your payment is for services between August 1 - November 30, 2019:
To talk with a team member about your bill, please dial by the facility where the service was provided between August 1 - November 30, 2019.
If your payment is for services on or after December 1, 2019:
To talk with a team member about your bill, please dial by the facility where the service was provided on or after December 1, 2019.
