All of our therapies are aimed at helping you better manage daily life.
Alternative treatments
To enhance the impact of traditional modes of therapy, we offer alternative treatments, such as vestibular rehabilitation.
Craniosacral therapy (CST)
In this noninvasive form of bodywork, our specialists use gentle touch to relieve compression in the bones of the head, sacrum and spinal column. This may enhance your body's ability to heal, while treating a number of conditions.
Myofascial release
During myofascial release therapy, your specialist focuses on releasing tension in your fascial tissues, which cover and support the muscles throughout your body. Myofascial release therapy can loosen muscles and joints and alleviate your back pain.
Vestibular rehabilitation
If you struggle with dizziness or balance issues, vestibular rehabilitation may improve your quality of life. This specialized form of therapy aims to ease problems caused by vestibular disorders. Your vestibular system is located within the inner ear, and provides a sense of balance. Sometimes, infections, medications or poor circulation can cause vestibular disorders, leading to dizziness, imbalance or blurred vision. Vestibular rehabilitation may ease these problems and increase your range of motion.
