They participate in a 4-week rotation of volunteer assignments in departments such as guest services, nursing units, diagnostic and treatment centers, radiology, and the Emergency Department. Volunteer activities include guiding patients to appointments, cleaning equipment and seating areas, stocking supplies, clerical duties, supporting nursing staff, and turning over hospital rooms.
