Entrance information
To further protect our patients and colleagues, the hospital will also restrict and monitor the entrances for our building. The new entrances will be:
- Entrance 1: Emergency room – Open 24/7, for patients only
- Entrance 2: Surgical and minimally invasive procedural patients – Open Monday through Friday, from 4:30am to 5:00pm
- Entrance 4: Main hospital entrance — Open 7 days a week for patients, 6:00am to 8:00pm; for visitors, 9:00am to 8:00pm.
- Entrance 9: Labor and delivery patients — Accessible 24/7, for expecting mothers only with one significant other and a trained doula, if requested.
- Entrance 10: For cardiac and vascular patients – Open Monday through Friday, from 5:00am – 5:00pm
Visitation restrictions
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
Dining and gift shops
Our main cafeteria, located on the first floor of our Mission Hospital campus area near the J Building, offers you an opportunity to choose from a variety of food options. Drink and snack vending machines are located near the cafeterias on both campuses.

Lunch: 11:00am to 5:00pm (Salad Bar open until 1:00pm, hot food options Monday-Friday until 10:00pm)
Bean Shops
For a quick beverage or snack, or browsing for small gifts, our Bean Shops offer a variety of small shopping and dining locations. Here are their locations and hours:

Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 7:00pm - 1 Hospital Drive 1st Floor
Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 1:30pm
Gift shop
Our gift shop is located on the first floor of the Mission Hospital campus at Entrance 4. While shopping for friends and loved ones, you'll find a large assortment of gift and convenience items, such as jewelry, apparel, candy, snacks, toiletries, and even discounted entertainment tickets. In addition, the shops offer fresh flowers and balloons.

Parking
There are parking areas at convenient locations throughout our hospital campus. You'll find parking near our hospital's emergency entrance and at garages near the McDowell and St. Joseph's areas on our campus.

- The patient information desk can connect you to the patient's room and tell you the patient's room number if they are listed in the directory.
