Orthopedic (ortho) trauma services
Treating ortho traumas is one of our specialties. With a team that includes first responders, emergency physicians, orthopedic surgeons, critical care nurses and support staff, we work to get you back to health. Our experts take a team-based approach to patient care, drawing on the experience of a multidisciplinary medical team and offering care 24/7. Our orthopedic trauma surgeons also offer specialized services to help heal severe musculoskeletal injuries.
Emergency transport services
Our hospital is a part of a robust emergency management system and team that uses the latest medical advances. We also participate in disaster preparation as a member of the Mountain Area Health Preparation Coalition, which coordinates trauma care throughout the region. To get you from a remote location to medical care, we utilize the Mountain Area Medical Airlift (MAMA) service. These helicopters are staffed with teams experienced in all types of emergencies and trauma. They are well-known in the region for their safe and rapid response.
