Visiting our hospital
If you're visiting a patient, we want your experience to be as pleasant as possible. Learn more about our visitor services, policies and amenities, so you can enjoy being with your loved one.

We work to be able to answer any questions you may have about visiting our hospital.
Visitation restrictions
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
Contact a patient
We want you to be able to contact your loved one whenever you need to. To contact a patient, you may call (828) 526-1### (where "###" is replaced by the patient's room number).
Dining
We proudly provide several dining and snack options throughout the hospital. Drink and snack vending machines are located on the first floor of the hospital, near the elevator in the acute care area.
Our cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the hospital and is open to the public Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch. A variety of healthy entrees, sandwiches and grab-and-go items are available. The cafeteria's hours of operation are at the following times:
- Breakfast — 7:30am to 9:30am
- Lunch — 11:00am to 1:30pm
Parking
Free parking is available for patients, families and visitors. All parking areas are adjacent to the hospital.
