About CarePartners Hospice Solace Center
When you or a loved one are facing a terminal illness, we provide the emotional and physical support you need to feel as comfortable and pain-free as possible.
What is hospice care?
We understand how difficult it can be to see a loved one endure a terminal illness. With hospice care, a committed team of physicians, social workers, aides and other compassionate specialists work together to provide the physical, emotional and spiritual support your loved one needs to live comfortably and peacefully.
Our inpatient hospice facility
CarePartners, Mission Hospital's post-acute care provider, proudly serves the communities of Western North Carolina. While our interdisciplinary team of specialists prioritizes medical care whenever possible, when a medical cure isn't an option, the focus shifts to managing symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
The skilled professionals at our home-like center include physicians, nurse practitioners and bereavement counselors. They provide different levels of hospice care, including respite care, general inpatient care and transitional care.
