Club CarePartners Club CarePartners is a day program for adults with mild impairment who are interested in a structured program for social opportunities, mental stimulation, exercise and enrichment. Members enjoy a variety of planned activities, including: Fellowship, fun and food A nutritious lunch Volunteer work Stretching and fitness exercises Board games Crafts Group discussions We also make frequent outings to local venues, like the Biltmore House, the Arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Thomas Wolfe House, Grove Park Inn and more. The program takes place at CarePartners Adult Day Services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. To enroll, just follow these simple steps: Request the following forms: Application form and Social/Lifestyle History form Return the completed forms, along with the $20.00 enrollment fee, to the Intake Coordinator. Schedule member's first day with the Intake Coordinator. At the end of the first day, meet with Intake Coordinator staff to arrange member's schedule. Member begins program.
