Karen Gorby, RN, MSN, MBA, CENP, FACHE President and Chief Nursing Officer Karen Gorby is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). For nearly three decades she has served hospitals and health systems in Ohio, most recently as administrator and chief nurse officer at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Urbana, Ohio. She previously held leadership positions at Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio, and Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio. She reports to Kathy Guyette, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, Mission Health’s Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and President, Regional Member Hospitals. Gorby received her MSN from Saint Joseph’s College in North Windham, Maine, and her MBA from Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio.
