Featured services

We are proud to offer you and your family truly comprehensive healthcare services and programs. Some of our specialties include:

Inpatient physical rehabilitation

In our 80-bed hospital, our inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists tailor a care plan to fit your needs. For some, that means relearning everyday tasks; for others, it means adjusting to using adaptive devices and prosthetics, or regaining abilities after disabling injury. We treat your care plan as a step closer to self-reliance.

Home health services

We offer home health care, private duty and companion services throughout our region. We drive more than a million miles annually to meet your needs at home, and we can assist you with many tasks, such as 24-hour nursing, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Most services require a medical condition and a physician's referral.

Hospice care

In our program, the hospice care team provides physical, emotional and spiritual support if your family is managing a terminal condition. We treat you and your loved ones with respect and compassion, while offering the highest quality of life possible.

Preparing for your visit

We strive to inform patients about financial expectations regarding healthcare services and prepare them for upcoming procedures.

Advance care planning

When creating an advance care plan, there are several aspects to consider. That's why we've put together a set of guidelines to help you make your plan.

PACE

Your loved one may be able to get the care they need and remain at home. PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) has helped thousands of seniors continue living in the community.

Patient financial resources

Our hospital is committed to providing useful information to our patients so you can understand the financial side of your healthcare needs.

For visitors

At our inpatient rehabilitation facility, we want visitors to be as informed and comfortable as possible. To do that, we provide information regarding our visitor services and policies, guest Wi-Fi access, community partnerships and other resources.
